Immediate Availability
An Agency Registered Nurse is available 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week
to deal with any issues or concerns not addressed during normal business hours of operation.
The focus of our nursing service is on the following:

Evaluate the patient on an ongoing basis ensuring their health care needs are continuously being addressed

Educate the patient, family, and caregivers about the disease process itself and how to monitor the patient’s progress

Educate the patient, family, and caregivers about
medication administration, potential side
effects, and compliance

Educate the patient in self-care

Address and train patient-specific
nutritional needs.

Personalized Patient Care
Upon admission to our agency, each patient is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse and an individualized health care plan is developed as directed by the patient's physician. Every patient is encouraged to be actively involved in developing their plan of care and to ask questions about any areas they do not fully understand.​
